Leading people requires much more than just seeing them as a cost-factor. Being aware of and understanding human behavior is essential for the degree of success you are able to achieve with your business.
Have you ever wondered why despite the amazing products and services your company offers, despite the extremely well thought out processes in place, and despite you brilliant strategies somehow you are not getting the success you were hoping for?

- People are convinced that what they believe is true! Dont ever try to change that! Instead talk to them based on their belief-system.
- People only do things which make them feel good! Be aware of that when delegating tasks to them.
- People only truly listen to those they like and trust! So be aware of what you are saying and doing!
- People make snap decision rooted deep in their subconscious. Take that into consideration for yourself and others.
Each one of us grows up being programmed in a particular way. Each one of us has a very unique Belief-System hardwired in our subconscious mind. Based on that we see and experience our world and it is different from the rest.
Its also in our genes that we want to belong to a group, we just have to. About 10,000 years ago if you didnt belong to a group you just became food.
Belonging to group also changes our way of thinking getting into alignment with the group consciousness. In other words people behave differently in a group than being alone.
Lastly, groups can grow together forming then huge crowds. While most people believe that crowds are unpredictable, in fact they arefollowing a hidden but recognizable logic and pattern.
True leaders understand the Human Dimension and are able to read behavioral patterns and take advantage of it. They also understand the decisive impact of the Human Dimension on their success in business.
