					<description>What a great post.  Choosing candidates is so difficult.  Organizations on the whole are quick to blame external factors on high turnover rates.  People are pretty subtle about why the leave: commute, spend time with family.... all of it is code word for: the company or my boss sucks.  I hope all companies will take this to heart, positive experiences from recruitment to employee is what counts.</description>
